  • November 29, 2021 - STIR UP THE GIFT

SCRIPTURE BREAK STIR UP THE GIFT When you feel empty and you don't feel you have the inner resources to do what God has called you to do. The Word of God gives clear command how to handle those situations in your life: Stir up the gift inside you. Everything you'll ever need to accomplish what God has called you to do has been placed inside you. But only you can do the stirring up! Faith is inside you. Power is inside you. Love is inside you. Jesus is inside you. So stir up the gift that's in you, and step out in faith. You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. 2 Timothy 1:6-7 (NKJV) 6 Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:6-7 (ERV) 6 That is why I want you to remember the gift God gave you. God gave you that gift when I laid my hands on you. Now I want you to use that gift and let it grow more and more, like a small flame grows into a fire. 7 The Spirit God gave us does not make us afraid. His Spirit is a source of power and love and self-control. Philippians 4:13 (NKJV) I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

  • November 24, 2021 - BE CHEERFUL

SCRIPTURE BREAK BE CHEERFUL DON'T PANIC, take a faith stand! God's Word says He'll deliver you from every situation. Be of good cheer. Being cheerful may take more determination than anything you've ever done before, but God will give you the strength to do it. He'll give you the power to be cheerful in the middle of the most ungodly things the devil can bring. Sing, rejoice, praise and give thanks to God for your deliverance. God will bring you through the storm just fine! John 16:33 (NKJV) 33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Acts 27:22 (NLT) But take courage! None of you will lose your lives, even though the ship will go down. 1 John 4:18 (NLV) There is no fear in love. Perfect love puts fear out of our hearts. People have fear when they are afraid of being punished. The man who is afraid does not have perfect love. 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV) Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

  • November 23, 2021 - BE AN ENCOURAGER

SCRIPTURE BREAK BE AN ENCOURAGER It’s a rough world out there, and as Christians, we simply cannot afford not to encourage one another. We are all called to be an Encourager. Encouragement from the Lord and others are the rungs of the ladder on which we climb daily out of this world and into our Heavenly Fathers arms. Without them we slip and fall. We will never reach our destination. Help us Lord to be an encourager today. Someone may be down and needs to be lifted up. Help me Lord to be there! Help me to be an encourager. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (AMP) Therefore encourage and comfort one another and build up one another, just as you are doing. Psalm 55:22 (AMP) Cast your burden on the Lord [release it] and He will sustain and uphold you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken (slip, fall, fail). Joshua 1:9 (AMP) Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Hebrews 10:25 (NLT) And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

  • November 18, 2021 - BORN AN ORIGINAL DON'T DIE A COPY

SCRIPTURE BREAK BORN AN ORIGINAL DON'T DIE A COPY The call on your life is not to be a copy. Each person has been custom made by God our Creator. Each of us has a unique and personal call on our lives. We are to be our own selves and not copy other people. Be the person God made you to be. We do not need to come up to the standards of anyone else. The average person compares himself with others! Christians should only compare themselves with the person God has call us to be. That is our standard! God made you a certain way. You are unique! You are one of a kind. To copy others is to cheat yourself out of the fullness of what God has called you to be and to do. Accept and become the person God has made you to be. Be an original and not a copy! Genesis 1:27 (NKJV) 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Ephesians 2:10 (NLT) For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Galatians 6:4 (AMP) But each one must carefully scrutinize his own work [examining his actions, attitudes, and behavior], and then he can have the personal satisfaction and inner joy of doing something commendable without comparing himself to another. Psalm 139:14 (AMP) I will give thanks and praise to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well.

  • November 10, 2021 - WINNER IN HIM

SCRIPTURE BREAK WINNER IN HIM If you feel like a failure lately, renew your mind to the Word. It doesn't matter how much you feel like a loser. It doesn't matter how many times you've failed in the past. You are a winner in Him! You are a conqueror through Jesus Christ. His Word says you will succeed! His Word is the Truth! God says you will succeed through Jesus. He said in His Word that you are an overcomer. In Him you can overcome any problem the world throws your way! You will be able to go through trouble and emerge triumphant. Every time a challenge comes up know that you can do all things through Christ. I am an overcomer. I am a winner in Him. John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” 1 John 2:14 I have written to you, fathers, because you have known Him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, Because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked one. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 1 John 4:4 You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. 1 John 5:5 Who is the one who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

Remember the joy, love and strength you experienced when you gave your life to Jesus. Remember how the cares of the world lifted off your shoulders. Remember that glorious joy still belongs to you. • November 01, 2021 - SMILE OFTEN

SCRIPTURE BREAK SMILE OFTEN Smile often and give your frown a rest. Give yourself a face-lift daily that is guaranteed to improve your appearance. It's called a SMILE. You might as well laugh at yourself once in awhile-everyone else does. The only medicine that needs no prescription, has no unpleasant taste, and costs no money, is laughter. Smile goes a long way, but you're the one that must start it on its journey. Your world will look brighter from behind a smile. Of all the things you wear, your expression is the most important " Proverbs says. "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine." A good laugh is the best medicine, whether you are sick or not. But the worst day that you can have is the day you have not laughed or smiled. Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart does good, like medicine, But a broken spirit dries the bones. Proverbs 15:13 A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken. Proverbs 15:15 All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast. Nehemiah 8:10b Don’t be dejected and sad, for the joy of the Lord is your strength!

  • October 31, 2021 - CHOOSE WORDS WISELY

SCRIPTURE BREAK CHOOSE WORDS WISELY Don't shoot your word gun just because it's loaded, and ready to fire. Before you shoot your mouth, consider your motives. If they aren't glorifying God, keep your mouth closed. Your words carry the power of death and life. You can bless, or you can curse. Be careful what you hear and what you say because you will give an account for every idle word. Ask God to help you control your tongue and to give you words to build up and not tear down. Choose your words wisely. Psalm 19:14 (NKJV) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer. Psalm 141:3 (EXB) Lord, help me control my tongue [set a guard on my mouth]; help me be careful about what I say [keep watch on the door of my mouth]. Proverbs 13:3 (NKJV) He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction. Proverbs 18:21 (NKJV) Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

  • October 30, 2021 - WALK IN HIS LOVE

SCRIPTURE BREAK WALK IN HIS LOVE Walk in His love! Loving people who betray you may sound impossible and seem impossible, but nothing is impossible in Christ. All things are possible to the one who believes. Believe Him for the grace you need to walk in His love, even (especially) when you would rather retaliate against them or curse them. Whoever does not love, does not know HIM. Be imitators of God in everything you do! Choose to walk in His love. Matthew 6:14-15 (NKJV) 14 “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. 1 John 4:7-8 (NKJV) 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.

  • October 28, 2021 - I AM WITH YOU

SCRIPTURE BREAK I AM WITH YOU I AM always with you! Many times the enemy shows you fear (false evidence appearing real-opposite of faith). Many times doubt and unbelief launch a one-two punch against your faith. When nothing looks right and everything is going wrong, remember that He is with you! He never leaves you! Know that the greater one is in you. Know that you are the righteousness of God in Christ. When you know who's you are you will come out victorious every time. Be a Victor, not a victim! Proverbs 1:7 (NKJV) The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. Romans 10:17 (NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV) Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” James 4:7 (NKJV) Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
